    Reservations:   All Appointments are required for spa services. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking and all appointments must be pre-paid. Please arrive 8-10 minutes prior to your appointment and filling necessary forms to ensure your full service time.

    New Booking Policy: Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments to maximum the space to maintain social distancing at least 6 feet apart. Client could enjoy one on one service provided in the comfort and safety of your own private suite. The health and safety of our client and staff is very important to us. For this reason, we will not accept any walk-in appointment. Please call or text or email to check our availability.

    Client Entry Procedure & Safety Measure: Client will wait in their car until the staff texts 5-10 minutes before their appointment time to come into the spa for their appointment.  Client must wear a face mask/face covering this is mandate by the FRAMINGHAM, MA — A mask mandate will return to Framingham beginning Jan. 19, 2022, according to an order signed Friday by Mayor Charlie Sisitsky Massachusetts. Except where an individual is unable to wear face covering due to a medical condition or disability. If you do not have one, we will offer you a disposable face mask for a small fee. It’s important to remember that we wear face masks to protect other people from our respiratory droplets. We rely upon other people wearing masks to protect us. Recent studies suggest a significant portion of individuals infected with COVID-19 are asymptomatic, or never show symptoms. The virus can spread between people in close proximity when they speak, cough, or sneeze even if they don’t appear sick. If the service doesn’t directly involve the face, then client is expecting that masks must be worn at all times. Staff will perform a temperature check for each client by using no touch infrared forehead thermometer. (If client with a temperature reading over 100.3 or higher degree Fahrenheit must be rescheduled without cancellation fee or penalty). Then client and staff perform hand sanitation at entry. Hand washing facilities on sites, including soap and running water please wash at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer at least 60% alcohol based is available throughout the spa. Staff will continue to follow hand washing protocols before and after each client and as necessary throughout the day. Maintain social distancing 6 feet apart in the spa.

    No guests are allowed with client: Unless it is the parent or guardian who is bringing their minor child or the caregiver who is bringing their parents for their appointment (restriction 2 people who are the same household and living together).

    Cleaning & Disinfecting Measure & Treatment Protocols:

    Spa will be wiped down at the beginning and end of each day. Frequently disinfected surfaces such as doorknobs, countertops, chairs, sink, POS equipment, toilet seat & cover, paper towel holder, with medical grade spray or wipes. There will be no magazines or water or candies and product testers and samples allowed in waiting area. No food or drinks are permitted to bring into the Spa.  Staff will wear a face mask and face shield and nitrile gloves during each treatment. Understanding that some services, such as facial and facial hair remove/waxing, may not be possible with a face mask on, we advise client to wear the face mask/face covering until the portion of the service in which it is necessary to remove it. After that portion of the service, you will place the face mask back on. For nail services, the client is expecting that face mask/face covering must be worn at all times.

    The treatment room will be cleaned and disinfected after each treatment. Disinfect or replace tools, implements and surfaces between client such as nail clipper, nail pusher, extractor, tweezer and scissor etc. will be immersed with Barbicide is EPA registered and approved broad spectrum disinfectant; disinfected and cleaned thoughtfully then put into sterilize machine. All linens, spa bath wrap/skirt, towels, and smocks are kept in closed bins and handled by gloved technician.  After a client leaves, staff will open all windows to get fresh air to improve ventilation.  Spa and treatment also room have a HEPA Air Purifier for air cleaning. Room will be prepared with fresh sheet and linens and towels. Staff will changes into a clean smock, gown or shirt between each client. After each treatment 20-30 minute turnover period between each client to preform the necessary sanitation protocols and complete the procedures detailed above. If tools cannot be disinfected such as nail files, buffers, drill bits, and wooden stick must be discarded after use.

    Confirmation & Questionnaire & Cancellation:  Spa will call, text or email to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. Client must answer the following health screening questions before confirm the appointment. (verbal, text or email), and at time of your arrival (written):

    Have you travelled by airplane in the last 10 days? When & Where?

    Have you been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 10 days?

    Do you now, or have you recently had, any fever, cold or flu-like symptoms, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath or other respiratory problem?

    Have you been in close contact with or cared for anyone in the last 10 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?

    Spa requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations, last minute cancellations will not be allowed. Amazing Skin Care & Spa USA, LLC reserves the right to charge you 100% of your total cost of services scheduled. If you are not feeling well, wake up with cold or flu or respiratory symptoms or have a fever or sore throat, please stay home and get better.  If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, or you travelled by airplane recently. We ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 7-10 days after the date of contact. We understand and request for you please contact us as soon as possible, call leave a voice or text message, or email to cancel the appointment. If you give 24 hours notice that there is no penalty and no charge on your account. For your safely and ours, we will do the same if our staff is sick or not feeling well, we will inform you within 24 hours to reschedule your appointment. When you are no longer symptomatic then please call us back to reschedule.

    Late Arriving:  If circumstances cause you to arrive late few minutes for an appointment; we will make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. However, please be advised that if you are late this will result in a lesser treatment time that is not discounted for the time you are late. You will be charged full price of the original treatment.

    Environment: Our goal is to provide for you and all of our clients a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that is free from clatter and outside distractions. Therefore we ask that you mute your cell phone while you’re here. Please arrange care for your children unless they have an appointment for services. Some exception may apply please call or email to discuss with us.

    Belonging: Spa will not be responsible for loss or damage to person articles including clothing and/or any accessories.

    Allergic Reaction: Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you may have.

    Exclusion: We reserve the right to refuse service.

    Behavior: Rude, inappropriate behavior of any sort will not be tolerated. Sexual comments or remarks will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session. We have the right to refuse or terminate a service at any time for any of the above reasons. Payment for the entire service will be expected. We are professionals and expect to be treated respectfully.

    For All Vouchers: For all deal or promotional vouchers i.e. Groupon, Living Social, etc., appointments are required, and the promotion and voucher number must be mentioned at time of booking the appointment. If it is not mentioned at time of making an appointment, the Spa not be able to honor the promotional voucher. Refunds will be available from the above voucher companies. The spa has only one promotional appointment slot available at a time, so for groups of 2 or more (even if purchased separately), only one voucher holder will be redeemed at one time/day.  We will not be able to serving 2 or more promotional voucher’s client at the same time slot. (All voucher promotion is only for one client at the time, for now only have one technician work for the promotion sole.) Especially due to COVID-19 the spa have limited number of appointment to allow more time to cleaning and disinfecting the spa. Please read The Fine Print from your vouchers provider. Appointments required and subject to availability. Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All services must be redeemed during a single visit by same customer. For a gift voucher please must mention who will be the redeemer and the voucher number when you are making an appointment.

    Expired Groupon, Living Social, Deal Vouchers Please be aware of the expiration date of the deal/promotional voucher value; if the promotion value expired customer will need to pay the different of the service that you had purchased. (The paid value does not applied on product) We do not give refunds on Groupon or Living Social.  Please contact the company you actually purchased it from. They are the ones that were paid.

    Gratuities: Our prices do not include any gratuities/tips. Industry standard gratuities range from 20% to 25% on pre-discount prices. We offer a special lower price to let you try our service. We hope you are happy and enjoy the service and come again. Our technicians work very hard to make sure you have a great visit with us. Due to COVID-19 the spa have to complying and maintaining highest sanitation, for the best practices.

    Returns/Refund:  All services, gift certificate, prepaid spa service, skin care, makeup products and any products and services are not returnable and non refundable.   All sales are final, sold as it is. This policy apply to both retail and online purchase.  Your prepaid purchase is always worth at least the amount you paid for it; even if the promotional value has expired. Spa has right to charges the customer difference after the promotion value expired.

    Gift Certificates:  Certificates are sent out to recipients within 24-48- hours of purchase, Monday – Saturday via the United States Post Office.  If you order the certificate online please wait 24 hours we will send you the confirmation and reception information to verity who will be the redeemer.

    Amazing Skin Care & Spa USA, LLC is not responsible for United States Post Office delays in delivering the gift certificate. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Amazing Skin Care & Spa USA, LLC is not responsible for the delivery of a Gift Certificate to a non-existent address. We cannot replace lost or stolen or damaged gift certificates nor can we honor refunds for gift certificates purchased. Gift Certificates are redeemed for their dollar value.  All sales are final, and no refund.

    Prices: We published our prices but they do vary and they are subject to change without notice.

    Discounts: We offer specials and discounts from time to time. Our discounts cannot be combined with any other offer/coupon and do not apply to our Express/Nail/Teen Services.

    Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Gift Certificate and cash.
