Reservations: All Appointments are required for spa services. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment and filling necessary forms to ensure your full service time.
Cancellation: We will call/email/text to confirm your appointment approximately 24-48 hours in advance. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Amazing Skin Care & Spa USA, LLC reserves the right to charge you 50% of your total cost of services scheduled. For last minute cancellations or no-shows or you cancel for your appointment. You will be charged 100%/full price of the services that you have reserved. Reservations for services require a credit card deposit. We do this because we have reserved this time for you and our technician don’t get pay unless you show up.
Late Arriving: If circumstances cause you to arrive late for an appointment; we will make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. However, please be advised that if you are late this will result in a lesser treatment time that is not discounted for the time you are late. You will be charged full price of the original treatment.
By Appointments Only: We operate by appointment only that mean we may not be in the spa all the time. When we don’t have other appointments and are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments. Please call or text or email to check our availability.
Environment: Our goal is to provide for you and all of our clients a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that is free from clatter and outside distractions. Therefore we ask that you mute your cell phone while you’re here. Please arrange care for your children unless they have an appointment for services. Some exception may apply please call or email to discuss with us.
Belonging: We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to person articles including clothing or accessories.
Allergic Reaction: Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you may have.
Exclusion: We reserve the right to refuse service.
Behavior: Rude, inappropriate behavior of any sort will not be tolerated. Sexual comments or remarks will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session. We have the right to refuse or terminate a service at any time for any of the above reasons. Payment for the entire service will be expected. We are professionals and expect to be treated respectfully.
For All Vouchers: For all deal or promotional vouchers i.e. Amazon Local, Groupon, Living Social, etc., appointments are required, and the promotion and voucher number must be mentioned at time of booking the appointment. If it is not mentioned at time of making an appointment, the Spa will be unable to honor the promotional voucher. Refunds will be available from the above voucher companies. The spa has only one promotional appointment slot available at a time, so for groups of 2 or more (even if purchased separately), only one voucher will be redeemed. Time to time if customer calls to book their appointment earliest we may be able to offer for 2 or more customer. If we have slot available we could book your appointment one after to another. We would not be able to serving 2 or more promotional voucher’s client at the same time slot. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.
Please read The Fine Print from your vouchers provider. Appointments required and subject to availability. Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All services must be redeemed during a single visit by same customer. For a gift voucher please must mention who will be the redeemer and the voucher number when you are making an appointment.
Expired Groupon, Living Social, Deal Vouchers Please beware of the expiration date of the deal/promotional voucher value; if the promotion value expired customer will need to pay the different of the service that you had purchased. (The paid value does not applied on product) We do not give refunds on Groupon or Living Social. Please contact the company you actually purchased it from. They are the ones that were paid.
Our prices do not include any gratuities. Industry standard gratuities range from 20% to 25% on pre-discount prices. We offer a special lower price to let you try our service. We hope you are happy and enjoy the service and come again. Our technicians work very hard to make sure you have a great visit with us. For your convenience, for spa-parties, group appointments and our discounted spa-packages, a 20% gratuity on the pre-discount prices, will be added to each ticket. There will be a $10 set up fees per each person for a party of 2 or more. For Amazing mobile spa party. We serve most of the Massachusetts areas; we travel up to 120 miles (round trips) from Framingham to the location that you want. Mileage is determined via mapquest.com $.58 per mile and toll will be charged on your order.
Photography: We reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Amazing Mobile Spa in perpetuity, and for other use by Amazing Mobile Spa as a host of the Spa events, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against us for the use of any photographs taken from you and your guests, your home and your office during our spa parties event.
Returns/Refund: All skin care, makeup products and any products are not returnable/refundable. All sales are final, sold as it is. This policy apply to both retail and online purchase. Customer who purchased any treatment series or prepaid treatment services on sale price. After that, all sales are final, but you can always give your prepaid purchase away as a gift (must email or text us to provide the full name of the gift redeemer). Your prepaid purchase is always worth at least the amount you paid for it; even if the promotional value has expired. Spa has right to charges the customer difference after the promotion value expired.
Gift Certificates: Certificates are sent out to recipients within 48-72 hours of purchase, Monday – Saturday via the United States Post Office. If you order the certificate online please wait 24 hours we will send you the confirmation and reception information to verity who will be the redeemer.
Amazing Skin Care & Spa USA, LLC is not responsible for United States Post Office delays in delivering the gift certificate. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Amazing Skin Care & Spa USA, LLC is not responsible for the delivery of a Gift Certificate to a non-existent address. We cannot replace lost or stolen or damaged gift certificates nor can we honor refunds for gift certificates purchased. Gift Certificates are redeemed for their dollar value. All sales are final, no refund.
Prices: We published our prices but they do vary and they are subject to change without notice.
Discounts: We offer specials and discounts from time to time. Our discounts cannot be combined with any other offer/coupon and do not apply to our Express/Mini Services.
Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Gift Certificate.
